Hi, I’m Kennedy—a spiritual life coach, intuitive guide, and soul-led human who believes we all came here for a reason.

My path to this work wasn’t linear—it was born from pain, awakening, and deep transformation

At the age of 10, I was diagnosed with cancer, and everything shifted. That moment cracked me open. It forced me to evaluate who I was, what I valued, and what I was here to do. I knew my survival wasn’t random—I was being given a second chance, and I wanted to live it fully aligned. That’s when the real journey began.

For years still, I lived in survival mode. I poured myself into others, said yes when I meant no, worked jobs that drained me, and ignored the quiet voice within. But the universe has a way of intervening when you're not listening.

Later in life I dove deep into healing. I explored spirituality, shadow work, energy, astrology, dreams, and the cycles of the feminine. I walked with grief, sat in stillness, and slowly began reclaiming myself. I left careers that no longer served me, followed the intuitive nudges, and found coaching - even more empowering was that it has a spiritual component I so deeply resonate with. It feels like home.

Now, I help others do the same—shed old stories, reconnect with their soul’s calling, and build lives that feel like freedom. My work is rooted in empathy, intuition, and truth. I use spiritual tools like human design, chakra alignment, and my Soul Purpose (Dharma) Certification training to help you find the clarity, confidence, and purpose that’s already within you.
